Never Miss a Kingdom Unlock Again — Introducing Timeline Reminders

We're introducing Timeline Reminders, a new feature for Orbio-KingShot that helps Discord communities prepare for upcoming Kingdom unlocks. From new heroes and pets to Truegold tiers, Masters, buildings, and more, your server can now receive timely reminders before these milestones arrive.

No more missed unlocks. No more manually checking the timeline. Just the information your community needs, delivered directly to your Discord server.

⚙️ Easy to Set Up, Ready in Seconds

Configuring Timeline Reminders takes less than 30 seconds.

Head to your server dashboard, open Timeline Reminders, and customize your notifications to match your community's needs.

• Where: Choose the Discord channel where reminders will be posted and select the Kingdom your server follows. Orbio-KingShot can suggest a Kingdom based on the linked accounts of your server members.
• When: Select your preferred reminder schedule, from 30, 14, 7, 3, or 1 day before an unlock, right up to the day it happens.
• What: Choose the categories you care about, including Heroes, Pets, Truegold, Masters, Buildings, PvP, and Features.
• Language: Use your server's language or select another supported language from the 14 available options.

You can also preview your reminders before enabling them and use the Send a test button to see exactly how they will appear in your Discord channel.

🎯 Designed for Your Community

Every reminder is designed to make important information easy to understand at a glance.

Notifications feature a dedicated visual card displaying the upcoming unlock, its scheduled date for your Kingdom, a countdown, and the relevant heroes, pets, or other content.

Dates are based on your Kingdom's actual progression rather than a generic schedule, with game delays taken into account.

This means your community receives reminders that are relevant to its own progression, helping members prepare for upcoming milestones without unnecessary noise.

🔔 Stay Informed Without Spamming Your Members

Every community has different needs, so Timeline Reminders gives server administrators control over both timing and content.

Choose the categories you want to follow, select the reminders that matter most, and optionally ping a Discord role so the right members are notified.

Whether you're managing a competitive alliance, coordinating an active Kingdom, or simply keeping your community informed, Timeline Reminders helps everyone stay on the same page.
