1 Data we collect
- Discord: your user ID, username and avatar (when you use the bot or sign in on the website), and the IDs of the servers where the bot is used.
- KingShot: the public Player IDs you register, and the public profile data KingShot shows for them (name, level, kingdom).
- Activity: the result of each code redemption, and screenshots of the game's answer when a redemption fails (for troubleshooting).
- Payments: Stripe customer and subscription references. Card details are handled by Stripe only; we never receive them.
- Website statistics: pages viewed, browser language and device type, with a visitor identifier that changes every day. No IP address is stored.
2 Why we use it
To redeem gift codes for your accounts, apply the limits of your plan, show statistics to server administrators, handle subscriptions and support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
3 How long we keep it
Registered accounts: until you unlink them. Redemption history: 30 days. Failure screenshots: 7 days. Website statistics: 35 days in detail, then only anonymous daily totals. Billing records: as long as required by accounting law.
4 Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Discord (the bot itself), our host OVH (servers) and Cloudflare (encrypted backups). We never sell or rent your data.
5 Your rights
You can unlink your accounts at any time with
/ks unlink. To access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use, contact us on the support server. Under the GDPR you may also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).6 Cookies
The website only uses the cookies needed to work: your login session and your language. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
