Introducing the Idea Box — Help Shape the Future of Orbio-KingShot

Every great tool starts with an idea. 💡

At Orbio-KingShot, we want to keep building useful tools for KingShot communities while making the website and bot easier to use. But we don't want to make those decisions without listening to the people who use our tools every day.

That's why we're introducing the Idea Box, a new feature on the Orbio-KingShot website designed to bring your suggestions, feedback, and bug reports together in one place.

Have an idea for a new tool? Want to improve an existing feature? Found something that doesn't work as expected?

Now, there's a dedicated place to share it.

💡 One Place for Every Kind of Feedback

The Idea Box helps organize feedback into four categories:

• 🔧 New Tool: Suggest a new tool, calculator, planner, or another useful feature.
• ✨ Improvement: Recommend an improvement to an existing page, tool, or command.
• 🐞 Bug Report: Report something that's broken or behaving unexpectedly on the Orbio website or bot.
• 💬 Other: Share a question, suggestion, or anything that doesn't fit the other categories.

By keeping everything in one place, we can better understand what the community needs and identify the improvements that matter most.

Please note: the Idea Box is for the Orbio-KingShot website and bot, which are independent of the KingShot game itself. For in-game bugs, purchases, or account issues, please contact the official KingShot support team.

📝 Submit an Idea in Three Simple Steps

We wanted submitting feedback to be quick and straightforward, without forcing you to complete a long, complicated form.

The Idea Box uses a simple three-step assistant.

1. Choose the Type of Idea

Select whether you're suggesting a new tool, requesting an improvement, reporting a bug, or sharing something else.

The questions adapt to your selection, so you won't be asked irrelevant questions when reporting a problem.

2. Describe Your Idea

Give your suggestion a title and explain what you'd like to see or what went wrong.

Try to describe the problem or desired result clearly. Even a small suggestion can lead to a useful improvement.

3. Add the Details

Depending on the type of submission, you can provide additional information such as:

• Who would benefit from the idea.
• How frequently the feature would be used.
• How useful you think it would be, on a scale from 1 to 5.
• A screenshot to illustrate the idea or problem.
• A way to contact you if we need more information.

You can attach a screenshot by dragging and dropping an image, clicking to select a file, or simply pasting it with Ctrl+V.

Not every question applies to every submission. Bug reports, for example, focus on the problem rather than asking how frequently a feature would be used.

🔎 Already Suggested? Find Similar Ideas First

Nobody likes seeing their suggestion disappear into a pile of duplicate requests.

As you type your idea's title, the Idea Box can show similar public suggestions. If someone has already proposed something similar, you can support that idea instead of submitting another copy.

This helps keep feedback organized and makes it easier to identify suggestions that matter to multiple people.

More useful feedback, fewer duplicates.

📊 Track Your Ideas and Our Responses

Submitting an idea is only part of the process. We also want you to be able to follow what happens next.

The My Ideas section lets you review your submissions, follow their progress, and read responses from the team.

A notification indicator appears when we respond or change the status of one of your ideas, so you can see when something needs your attention.

If you close the Idea Box while writing a submission, your draft is saved so you can return to it later.

👤 Discord Integration and Privacy

If you're connected to the website with Discord, your account is recognized automatically when you submit an idea.

That means you won't have to repeatedly enter your contact information.

If you submit anonymously, you can optionally provide a Discord username or email address so we can contact you if necessary — or leave those fields empty.

The Idea Box also includes anti-spam protections to help prevent automated submissions and abuse.

📱 Built for Desktop and Mobile

The Idea Box is designed to work across devices.

On desktop, it opens as a convenient floating panel in the corner of the website. You can minimize it into a small floating lightbulb and bring it back whenever you need it.

On mobile, the experience adapts to a full-screen layout so you can submit ideas comfortably from your phone.

The interface is designed to make sharing feedback easy without getting in the way of the rest of the website.

The Idea Box gives us a more organized way to collect community feedback and discover what people want us to build.

We can't promise that every suggestion will be implemented, but your feedback helps us understand the problems worth solving and the features that could make the biggest difference.
