1 About the service
Orbio-KingShot is an independent, fan-made tool that automatically redeems KingShot gift codes for the accounts registered on a Discord server, and provides related tools (kingdom tracker, rankings, event alerts, battle plans). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by KingShot or its publisher. The service is operated by Orbio, an independent project based in France. 2 Acceptable use
You must follow Discord's own Terms of Service. Only register KingShot accounts you are allowed to manage. It is forbidden to abuse the service (reward farming with throwaway accounts, attempts to overload or circumvent limits, automated misuse of the website or the API). We may suspend or ban a user or a server that breaks these rules, without refund.
3 Availability
We do our best to redeem every code quickly, but the service depends on KingShot's own website and rules, which we do not control. Some codes are restricted by the game (VIP level, Town Center level, claim limits) and cannot be redeemed for every account. The service is provided as is: we do not guarantee that every code will be redeemed for every account, nor any in-game reward.
4 Premium subscriptions
Premium plans (Personal, Alliance, Kingdom) and their prices are shown on the Premium page. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel them. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Stripe sends you a receipt by email for every payment. Server plans apply to one Discord server; the Personal plan is tied to your Discord account.
5 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from the billing portal (
/ks billing in Discord, or the Premium page). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: Premium stays active until then and no further payment is taken.6 Refunds
Periods already billed are not refunded, including when Premium was not used. Each month of subscription funds infrastructure we commit to in advance for all subscribers (workers, proxies, servers), so that codes are claimed quickly for everyone. Any goodwill gesture we may offer (for example free Premium time) is at our sole discretion and is neither a refund nor an admission of fault. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
7 Several subscriptions
Each subscription is independent and billed separately, including several subscriptions for the same server or the same account. Taking several subscriptions is your choice; you are responsible for checking your subscriptions (in the billing portal and in the receipts Stripe emails you) and for cancelling the ones you no longer need.
8 Right of withdrawal (EU / UK consumers)
Premium is a digital service that starts immediately after payment. By subscribing, you request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started.
9 Billing problems and chargebacks
If something looks wrong on a payment, contact us first through the support server: we answer quickly and will look into it. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first, or for a period already provided, may lead to the suspension of Premium and of the service for the servers and accounts concerned.
10 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us over the last month. We are not liable for the loss of in-game items, for decisions of KingShot or Discord, or for interruptions outside our control.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Price changes are announced before they apply to an existing subscription. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live. Before any dispute, please contact us so we can find a solution together.
